How it works :
Docklvelllers purposed for compensation differences in heights of the trucks and warehouse ground. Thanks to dock levellers, loading/unloading becomes safer and faster.
Dock levellers are supplied with protective blinds, which protect personnel from injuries. Loading stage and platform surface produced from corrugated steel sheet. Equiped with emergency shutdown button for hydraulic system. Hydraulic system allows platform to rise or go down during loading/unloading procedures. Platform can be setlled for the level of truck body.
Platform width (from 1800 to 2200 mm) gives ability for loader's maneuvering. When it is started, platform rises to maximum height and loading stage is opening. After that platform lowering slowly, up to the moment when it reach truck's body.

· supporting frame -- steel shapes 14-16 mm
· backside fixing -- L-steel 7 mm
Loading stage:
· top sheet -- corrugated sheet steel 12 mm
